I understand that Durango Devo’s scholarship committee will disburse scholarships based on: (1) need, and (2) dedication to the program. I understand that my application must be submitted at least 14 days before scholarship funds are required. I understand that Devo Scholarships are for registration dues and fees only and that I am still responsible for any other expenses incurred during the program, such as trip or event fees unless these additional fees are explicitly listed in the award letter as being included in the scholarship. I understand that if I requested assistance with gear and equipment, this request is considered separately from the scholarship application and assistance will be available only on a limited basis. I also understand that by accepting financial aid from Devo, I am accepting Devo’s Rulebook, Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Policy. I understand that certain violations of the Devo Rulebook could result in my scholarship being rescinded. I agree that the electronic signature below is binding, and is as valid as if it were on paper.
