We couldn’t be more excited to have two Durango riders (and Devo alum) representing our town, our state, and our country on one of cycling’s biggest stages this summer: the Tour de France itself!
The whole team here at Devo has been LOVING following this year’s Tour (we even have several members of our staff who opted to travel to France to watch in person!). Our very own Chad Cheeney and Nate Greason were happy to speak with Denver 9 News about the two Devo alum in this year’s Tour: Sepp Kuss and Quinn Simmons.
Sepp rides for cycling’s most prolific teams, Visma Lease-a-Bike, and is arguably one of the most accomplished Americans in the pro-peloton (including his epic win of the 2023 Vuelta a Espana!). You can find Sepp on Instagram at @seppkuss. This year, Sepp is joined in the Tour by another Devo alum, Quinn Simmons, riding for the Lidl-Trek team. Quinn’s red-white-and-blue jersey as the US Road Champ makes him easy to find on the road; he’s @skin.quimmons on Instagram if you’re looking for him there.
We’re stoked to root on Sepp and Quinn in the rest of the tour, and so proud of what these two have achieved on the road already in their careers. Go Devo, and go Sepp and Quinn!
