A New Partnership has Formed

  |   DEVO News & Information

Dr. Ryan Siggins announces the move of Chiropractic Durango and Durango Bike Fit to 3710 N. Main Ave, Suite 101. This move creates a new partnership between Dr. Siggins with Luke and Ashlie Angel of Quantified Performance, creating the most technologically advanced chiropractic and physical therapy clinic in Durango.

Dr. Ryan Siggins is an accomplished chiropractor, sports enthusiast, USA cycling coach, and Retul-certified bike fitter. He uses his advanced medical training and his 6 years of chiropractic experience to provide you answers for your body and your bike. He doesn’t just “cover up” problems, he addresses them.
Using the most advanced bicycle-fitting system available today, the amazingly precise Retul 3-
Dimensional motion capture technology, Dr. Ryan will analyze your real-life pedaling motion and review how all the movements of your body and joints are working together. This is done by gathering data on multiple different angles as you ride. Retul is the same technology used for fitting champions from Team RadioShack and Team Garmin-Transitions.
Durango Bike Fit offers $199 Retul bike fits to Durango Devo members.

In celebration of the move, Dr. Ryan would also like to offer you a FREE Body Composition Analysis on the InBody 520. The InBody 520 utilizes the world’s best technology to provide you diagnostic data essential in monitoring health, including percent body fat, lean body mass and total body water levels, allowing you to take weight loss and fitness management to the next level.

To schedule your Retul bike fit or your free InBody body composition analysis, call 970.385.4737. Also visit RyanSiggins.com

Trailwork will be good on Thursday!

  |   DEVO News & Information

Trailwork Thursday, August 5, 2010:
Location: Skyline Trail
Time: 4:00pm to 7:30pm
Directions: Take Goeglein Gulch road to the Skyridge Neighborhood. Turn left onto Jenkins Ranch Road and drive to the end of the pavement where you’ll see the red Trails 2000 truck parked.
Wear/Bring: Close toed shoes, sunscreen, hat, water
The Skyline trail is that sweet singletrack that leads you from the north end of Jenkins Ranch Rd, in Skyridge, up to the far north end of Raider Ridge. It tops out on the ridge section that is forested, if looking from town. The trail that was used for the Singlespeed World Championships, and the unridable walking section half way up has been rerouted and is currently under construction. This is where Trails 2000 will be working their magic in the next months. This will become one of the best, hardest climbs in town, if it is not already!

There will be no local racing this weekend as the Escalante Days xc race in Dolores has changed weekends to August 14th. This is a bummer for Devo fans as we have scheduled our final race in the 3 race Durango Coca-Cola Triple Crown for that very day. You must now choose between the two. Then on the 15th is Durango’s Dirt Lovers xc race that takes place in the infamous Horse Gulch trail network. So now with next weekends two races, you might want to rest up.
